Short-fiber needle-punched nonwoven fabric machinery
It is a type of nonwoven fabric for industrial applications. It is manufactured using polyester staple fibers with a denier of 6–12 and a length of 54–64 mm as raw material. Through processes such as opening, carding, random entanglement (to interlace the short fibers), web formation (for standardized entanglement and consolidation), and needle punching, it is produced in sheet form. This material is primarily used in railway subgrade reinforcement, highway pavement maintenance, sports facilities, embankment protection, hydraulic structure isolation, tunnel construction, coastal mudflats, land reclamation, and environmental protection projects.

PE/PET Bicomponent Spunbond Nonwoven Production Line
A functional nonwoven fabric is produced by extruding two pelletized raw materials with different properties from separate screw extruders, then melt-compounding and co-spinning them into a web that is subsequently consolidated. The major advantage of this technology is that, by using different materials and various composite configurations, it can produce products with diverse properties, thereby greatly expanding the development potential of spunbond nonwoven technology. Currently, bicomponent spunbond fibers mainly take four forms: sheath–core, side‑by‑side, orange‑segment (pie‑wedge), and sea‑island (islands‑in‑the‑sea).
