Staple Fiber needle punching line
It is a kind of non-woven and industrial cloth. It adopts polyester crimped staple fiber with fiber fineness of 6-12 denier and length of 54-64mm as raw material. It is made into cloth through the processes of opening, carding, disorder (short fibers interwoven with each other), laying net (standardized entanglement and fixation), needling and other production processes of nonwoven production equipment. As long as it is applied to the reinforcement of railway subgrade, the maintenance of highway pavement, the protection of stadiums and dams, the isolation of hydraulic structures, tunneling, coastal beaches, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects.
Two kinds of sliced raw materials with different properties are extruded by independent screw extruders, and then melted and spun into a net and reinforced to form a functional nonwoven fabric. The biggest advantage of this technology is that products with different properties can be produced by different raw materials and different composite forms, which greatly expands the development space of spunbonded nonwovens technology. At present, there are four kinds of bicomponent spunbonded fibers: sheath-core type, side-by-side type, orange petal type and sea-island type.
Because there are many structures and cross-sectional shapes of bicomponent fibers, and the distribution ratio of the two components is also varied, it has the characteristics that monocomponent fibers can't have. The product application field can not only completely cover ordinary nonwoven products, but also have advantages that ordinary nonwoven products don't have in some fields.
