Staple Fiber needle punching line
It is a kind of non-woven and industrial cloth. It adopts polyester crimped staple fiber with fiber fineness of 6-12 denier and length of 54-64mm as raw material. It is made into cloth through the processes of opening, carding, disorder (short fibers interwoven with each other), laying net (standardized entanglement and fixation), needling and other production processes of nonwoven production equipment. As long as it is applied to the reinforcement of railway subgrade, the maintenance of highway pavement, the protection of stadiums and dams, the isolation of hydraulic structures, tunneling, coastal beaches, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects.

Bi-co Spunbond Machinery
Two kinds of sliced raw materials with different properties are extruded by independent screw extruders, and then melted and spun into a net and reinforced to form a functional nonwoven fabric.
